1Quotations & Pricing

• Quotations are calculated based on raw material resin market rates (LDPE, HDPE, PP, BOPP, PET), bag dimensions, micron gauge thickness, print color count, and order quantity.
• Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from issuance unless raw material market prices fluctuate significantly.
• Final invoices reflect the confirmed weight, quantity, and manufacturing specifications agreed upon prior to production.

2Artwork & Print Proof Approvals

• Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all digital artwork, text spelling, dimensions, barcode scannability, and color placement.
• Proof Sign-off: Once an artwork proof is approved in writing via WhatsApp or Email, plate engraving/flexo cylinder making commences. Any subsequent artwork changes requested after cylinder preparation will incur additional cylinder remake costs.
• Pantone & Shade Variance: Flexographic and rotogravure printing on flexible poly films may display minor color shade variances (within ±5%) compared to digital screen previews.

3Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to polymer film extrusion, heating expansion, and high-speed cutting properties, standard industry manufacturing tolerances apply:

• Quantity Tolerance: Orders are subject to an industry standard quantity variance of ±5% for plain orders and ±10% for custom printed orders due to setup web waste. Invoices will be adjusted to actual finished bag count or weight.
• Dimensional & Gauge Variance: Thickness gauge tolerance of ±5% and dimension cut tolerance of ±3mm are accepted within standard manufacturing benchmarks.

4Payment Terms & Production Start

• A standard advance deposit (typically 50% for customized printed orders) is required to initiate film extrusion and printing cylinder preparation.
• The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatching goods via Bilty transport from our Faisalabad plant.

5Nationwide Bilty Dispatch & Delivery

• All dispatches are booked through reputable Goods Transport Agencies (Bilty services) from Faisalabad to target cities across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan.
• Risk of transport damage or transit delay transfers to the transport carrier upon issuance of the official Bilty consignment receipt. We assist clients fully with Bilty tracking receipts.

6Quality Claims & Inspection

Any claims regarding manufacturing defects (e.g., seal failure or printing misalignment exceeding tolerance) must be reported to JB Packages within 7 business days of receiving the Bilty consignment. Defective goods will be inspected and replaced in accordance with our quality guarantee.
