Laminated zipper bags for lawn suits are built for brands that want the outer pack to carry some of the value of the garment inside. They suit unstitched three-piece lawn suits, luxury pret, stitched clothing sets and boutique collections — cases where a plain polyethylene bag doesn't give the presentation the product is priced for. A resealable zip lets the pack be opened for inspection and closed again for retail display, delivery or wardrobe storage. We manufacture this as a laminated side-seal zipper bag in our own Faisalabad plant. Lamination is what separates it from our plain zipper bag range: the barrier film gives a stiffer, more finished pack that holds its shape on a shelf and carries print far better than unlaminated film. The final laminate is selected from the confirmed barrier and heat-seal material families according to the feel, print result and garment. A slider zipper is the recommended closure here for premium retail presentation, with a press-to-close version available where the run is more price-sensitive. Handle choice is an attribute rather than a separate product — no handle for simple bulk packing, D-Cut for carry, or Hole Hanger and Euro Hanger for peg display. Frosted, printed and plain finishes work the same way. Confirmed reference sizes are 11.5×13in and 12×14in for cloth and ladies' suits, within our full 4–30in × 6–36in range. The flat laminated construction carries no flap and no bottom gusset. Final material, zipper, handle, size, print process and quantity are approved against your actual folded suit and artwork before production.
