Masala packaging pouches and spice sachets are built for retailers, spice traders and food processors who need a sealed, single-use pack rather than a resealable pouch — the common choice for turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and blended spice mixes sold by weight. The laminated construction gives a real barrier against moisture and light, which matters for holding colour and aroma in ground spice over its shelf life. We produce these as Centre Seal or 3 Side Seal laminated sachets, sealed on our own plant equipment, with the barrier and sealant layer selected from our confirmed lamination material framework. Which construction suits you depends on the film width and print layout your run needs — 3 Side Seal carries a structural bottom gusset, Centre Seal does not. Printing is in-house flexographic or gravure, suitable for brand name, weight declaration, ingredient list and the barcode area supplied by you. Sizes run within our confirmed laminated pouch range, with the final dimensions set from your fill weight and the bulk density of the specific spice or blend — a filled sample is the most reliable way to confirm the right size, since two spices of the same weight can occupy very different volumes. No fixed shelf-life or food-contact certification claim is made without your own testing and documentation. We will recommend a laminate structure for your fill; proving what it delivers over time is a separate exercise, and one we won't put a number on for you.
